Return Process

Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our contact form within 7 days of receiving your Venusia skincare products to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the seals remain intact and including a copy of your original invoice to facilitate faster processing.
- 3.Ship Items
Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service; once shipped, please share the tracking details with our support team for monitoring.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the products, and once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
